For almost 20 years Trudell Medical Marketing Limited has maintained a central biomedical service department in London, Ontario know as Trudell Technical Services (TTS). TTS supports hospitals across Canada by offering expert installation services, preventative maintenance programs, warranty servicing and refurbishment programs for a wide variety of capital equipment and surgical assets. TTS staff is skilled and trained in biomedical electronics, mechanical repair and intrument repair and refurbishment. Technicians receive factory level training on all key product lines and are authorized by the manufacturer/supplier to perform repairs and warranty service.
