CONTROLLER-PERMANENT,FULL-TIME

Reporting to: Director of Operations

Reporting to the Director of Finance & Information Systems, the Controller assists in all aspects of managing the Finance Department; facilitating timely and accurate preparation of financial information and ensuring proper management of company working capital accounts (accounts receivable and payable).

As an ideal candidate, you have:

  •  a professional Accounting Designation (CGA, CMA, CA)
  •  a minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar management role
  •  demonstrated excellent mathematical and analytical skills
  •  proven strong written and verbal communications skills
  •  demonstrated strong management experiences with the ability to train, motivate, and lead departmental     employees
  •  good time management and organizational skills
  •  demonstrated knowledge of Word, Excel and Accounting software. Experience with Great Plains considered an  asset.
  •  high attention to detail
